LUCKY DINO GAMING LIMITED was previously operating online casino website with accordance to an Intermediary agreement made between NRR ENTERTAINMENT LTD and LUCKY DINO GAMING LIMITED, commencing from June 21, 2014 under NRR Entertainment Ltd. MGA/UKGC licences (Class I remote gaming licence from 3rd of July 2012 LGA/CL1/785/2011, Class I remote gaming licence from 11th of Jun 2014 LGA/CL1/965/2014, and UKGC COMBINED REMOTE OPERATING LICENCE Number: 000-039470-R-319368-002 from 24th of March 2015.) We would like to inform you that the Website will not be operating under NRR Entertainment Ltd’s licence as of the 1st May 2015, releasing the latter from any responsibilities concerning Lucky Dino Gaming Ltd which arise following that date.

As of the 1st May 2015, the Lucky Dino Website will be operating under a new MGA licence, numbers of which will be clearly provided to the Customer, and the Website Terms and Conditions will change in accordance with the new Licence. By accepting the new Terms and Conditions, the Customer releases NRR Entertainment Ltd from any responsibility for any event the Customer may have experienced or will experience on the Lucky Dino Website and agrees to forward any current or future complaints to the newly licensed entity.

By the same acceptance, Customer agrees to have their Player Records released by NRR Entertainment Ltd to the Intermediary to be used and processed for purposes of uninterrupted service provision. Lucky Dino (The Intermediary) agrees to link the notice to a legible and easily navigated set of active, current Terms and Conditions the Customer will be accepting.

The Intermediary agrees to generate a complete Acceptance Record and allow NRR Entertainment Ltd to access and retain such records for the purposes of pre-Data Transfer analysis. Accepted Customers will be included into the Data Transfer. All UK Customers will be excluded from the Data Transfer as Lucky Dino Gaming limited has not applied for a UKGC licence and due to regulations will not be able to provide services for UK customers going forward.

I am from the UK and I have funds in my account. What do I have to do if I want to migrate in order to continue playing at

Unfortunately your account will be closed permanently on the Lucky Dino website and your funds will be paid back to your bank account/Credit/Debit Card/ Ewallet/etc. as Lucky Dino Gaming limited has not applied for a UKGC licence and cannot provide services for UK customers.

I am from the UK and I know that my account will not be migrated due to not having the sufficient license, but I have funds remaining in my account. What procedure should I follow?

Please request a withdrawal of all funds in your account in order for said funds to be withdrawn to your registered payment method.

I want to migrate with Lucky Dino and I am not from UK. Is there anything I need to do myself or will everything be done automatically after I accept the new terms and conditions?

You will simply need to accept the new terms and conditions and the rest will be done automatically. (Please note that downtime might be expected during the migration process).

I don’t want to migrate with and I will not accept the new Terms and Conditions. What will happen with my personal data?

In this case your personal data will remain with NRR entertainment Ltd. in accordance with the regulations and approved migration process which has been provided to the Malta Gaming Authority and will remain absolutely secured.

If I have an unresolved dispute with LuckyDino Casino before migration, who will be responsible for my claim after the migration of Lucky Dino from NRR Entertainment Ltd?

By accepting the new Terms and Conditions, the Customer releases NRR Entertainment Ltd from any responsibility for any event the Customer may have experienced or will experience while on the Lucky Dino website, and agrees to continue their claim process with the new licensing entity for Lucky Dino Gaming Ltd.

I just want to close my account and take my money. What do I need to do?

You can login to your account on before 30th of April 2015 CET 23.59.59 and request a withdrawal back to your payment method and request account closure, or should this timeframe have elapsed, write to: [email protected] and we will handle the process for you.

I acted too late and now I have no idea what I need to do. Where do I start?

I want to remain under the NRR Entertainment Ltd license and continue playing, and I do not want my details migrated to the new Lucky Dino license. Is this at all possible and how can I do that?
