Fraud / CS Agents


Summary

The role of fraud, payments and CS analyst is to interact with customers and to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints; they will also be responsible for the detection, prevention and investigation of fraud associated with financial transactions. The role involves player communication (e-mail, phone, and live chat), follow-up actions (with the aim of preventing financial loss) with players, banks, other payment providers or law enforcement agencies. These duties will also include analysis of high risk financial transactions and business reports to identify suspicious transactions.

We are looking for qualified people who speak any of the following languages fluently: English, Swedish, German, Finnish.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Approving or cancelling withdrawals
  • Checking player game activity
  • Monitor player behavior for fraud or bonus abuse
  • Follow up on rejected deposits
  • Running daily reports relating to fraud and payments
  • Liaise with banks or other payment providers
  • Setting deposit/loss limits for customers
  • Opening and closing of accounts
  • Adding payment methods for customers
  • Player resolution

The following are CS tasks and responsibilities

  • Welcoming new players and creating relationships with players
  • Respond to customer requests and enquiries
  • Manage player accounts
  • Inform players about current promotions
  • Provide information on player deposits and cash-outs
  • Assist players with basic connection and technical issues
  • Credit bonus funds whenever necessary
  • Develop a deep knowledge of our players
  • Cross-selling
  • Creating and developing a dedicated database (templates, strategies etc.) to facilitate the development and improvement of customer service.
  • Working in constant communication with other departments in the continuous improvement of our services and products, in order to adapt them to the needs and tastes of our players
  • Dealing with daily emails and chats in an efficient way and time, making sure that we provide them with clear, effective and quality customer service
  • Following up with pending requests when required
  • Forwarding any important information or query to Casino Manager and Department Manager
  • Logging in any important information on our database
  • Being proactive by promoting our site products and offers
  • Translating and/or correcting already existing site translations and e-mail templates in mother tongue
  • Coming up with new templates if needed and/or asked
